Check your order
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt to ensure completeness and quality. If you find any quality problems, please take clear photos of the problematic parts within 48 hours after signing for the goods, and provide us with the order number and other necessary information. We will not be able to process returns or exchange requests after 48 hours.
Return or exchange order
All returned or exchanged products must be inspected by us to ensure they are returned in unused, unopened or undamaged condition. Please ensure you contact us for guidance and authorization before returning a product. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Undeliverable orders
We will not provide returns or refunds for orders that cannot be delivered and are returned due to the following reasons:
The delivery address is unknown and no one has picked up the parcel after multiple deliveries. The recipient refuses to accept the package. The customer agrees to the terms.
